The Monitoring and Controlling stage is the process when the performance level of the team is being observed and measured. The needs of the people or of the resources must be met during this process so the flow of work will not be hindered because of conflicts or lack of resources. The Closing process entails the successful delivery of the products to the waiting customer. Feedback may be given in a form of survey to gauge the satisfaction of the consumer.
